Height: 5'7''

Personality:
This girl is known outwardly as a friendly individual. Any townfolks who know her would call her a sweet lovely young lady. She expresses kindness towards people, and she enjoys helping around the community. She is polite and well mannered in tone, and she respects everyone no matter what rank they are. However, she does tend to be less friendly if the person in question acts in a crappy manner towards her. She smiles consistently and is rather humble. Any compliments sent to her will probably be taken in a rather bashful manner. She isn't one to have an ego. Kirima can be a bit fiery at times, but it takes quite a bit of a trigger for her to actually snap at somebody. I wouldn't suggest making her angry though; even waterbenders can have fiery tempers.
Inwardly, she has wishes to be elsewhere. Kiri is bored by her life in the Northern Water Tribe. She has dreams of travelling the world and going out to see many strange and unusual sights. She heavily dislikes the Northern Tribe's sexism towards women; it keeps her from learning any more waterbending besides healing, and she is expected to be married sometime soon. Her desires are not to get married but to explore. She has a tomboyish kind of personality, but it is usually hinted for the sake of her playing the role of a potential housewife. She is beyond disgusted and annoyed by this in reality, but she rarely voices these feelings in fear that she'll bring shame upon her family. Someday, this girl hopes to hone her waterbending skills further and to leave her village to go out into the world.
Appearance:
Kirima is of the normal tanned skin color as the Water Tribe members. Her skin is a bit darker than caramel and is somewhere between soft and tough. Her height is not that remarkable, and she is rather skinny. Her breasts are average sized, leaning towards the small side more, making them more of a C cup. It probably isn't wise to grope her when they can quite possibly shoot out cold blasts of icy water should she not like it. Her waist is small. Her arms are rather skinny, and her legs have a bit of meat on her thighs but nothing overly large. Her head is an average size. She has a sort of heart shaped face that is framed by her dyed pink bangs. The rest of her hair is dark brown, and it trails down her back. It has quite the healthy sheen to it and is rather silky to the touch. Her clothing usually consists of the typical Northern Tribe girl apparel. The clothes keep her warm in the cold, bitter winters. She is of lower class, so her clothes are not at all fancy or stunning. They are more on the simple, possibly beaten up end from her doing typical womanly chores. All in all, she looks like a beautiful lower class young lady.
History:
Kirima was born to a lower class family that lived within the Northern Water Tribe boundaries. She was the second child; the first child was her older brother, whom was already 4 by the time she was born. Her parents loved her from the moment she was born. They cherished the beautiful little infant. They also noted the significance of the day she was born. Her birth was in the midst of the Winter Solstice. Signs pointed to her being one with the cold and water. 'Course, there was no confirming such theories, but it seemed like this girl could quite possibly be a waterbender. Her family lacked waterbenders; many of them were rather normal civilians. The only problem with this potential: she was a girl. She would not be permitted to hone her skills like males. However, that was no concern to them back then.
Kirima grew up along with her older brother. Her big brother looked after her and allowed the girl to play games with him and the other guys despite her gender. She turned into quite a tomboy as a child and had fun being one of the guys so to speak. Soon though her brother showed signs of waterbending. His skills weren't good or anything, but he was capable of moving small amounts of water and whatnot at random. Fascinated, the girl wanted to learn that too, but she didn't develop the skills yet. She watched as her brother then began to receive lessons on how to waterbend and how to use it for combative purposes. The girl would watch and sometimes pretend to do the same things her brother did, copying his movements. Then one day during her brother's training, the girl began to mimic his movements, and the water moved! It moved for her! The girl's eyes brighten up as she then ran over to the male teacher and begged for her to learn the same things. That was when she was hit with bitter reality: girls were not permitted to learn waterbending. The only method she could learn was healing. Kiri's heart broke as she heard the news. So she couldn't be the kind of waterbender her brother was...
A slight bitterness grew in the girl as she got older. She started gaining responsibilities and had to help her mother around the house. She learned household chores and cooking skills. She was raised into the perfect housewife. However, all the girl could do was watch her brother outside the window practicing waterbending, envy burning inside of her. The sexism of the law was cruel. However, she refused to let this bitterness leak into her actions. She did not want to become a bitter person. Instead she held hope within her heart that someday she could truly be just like one of the guys. The girl grew up into a fine young woman. Kiri continued performing household duties, obedient to orders her parents gave her. Then that was when the news arrived. There was a war brewing. Her brother had to go into the military and use his waterbending skills for combat. She tearfully told her older sibling goodbye as he gave her one last warm hug before leaving, wearing his battle armor. Preparations were to be had. At the same time, she even further thought of what it would be like for her to explore the outside world. She was tired of the confines of her home. She was also tired of her mother harassing her over not having a husband yet. Her thoughts became filled with the thrilling idea of escaping as she continued on her uneventful days as a homemaker...
