A smirk grew upon the face of Onyx, things were finally starting to pick up once more in the bout with foolish, although every time the foolish one struck a billion idea's for Onyx to choose from would enter his damaged mind and this time was no exception. He watched from below as the sword came down towards him once looking to cut him up, however being cut was currently not the plan. Hoping back only a foot while still crouched Onyx watched the sword still coming, the front of his mid torso was struck skinning him a line of blood dropping, however Onyx needed to remain close for his next move.

Gritting his teeth for a moment Onyx then sent two kicks towards the foolish one, the first being with his right foot a low kick that had a lot of momentum heading for the side of the foolish ones blade. Onyx doing this with the intention of separating the foolish one with his blade. The second kick which onyx just carried out would occur no matter the outcome of the first, once more Onyx automatically crouched closed the ground. Once more as before in the fight while holding onto the ground with his palms, both legs went out in a sweeping motion towards the foolish one aiming to knock him down. Despite the pain the pain that came with the cut it actually thrilled Onyx to see his own blood, finally causing him to add a little more power and force into his attacks

Finally a hit had been met, the man could feel the contact of skin on the blade as red liquid stained the tip of the metal. Shen's sword only stretched so far, as expected the red jacket boy jumped back from the blade's swipe as it made the contact desired. However, from what he had seen of the mysterious male had been his agility, if he was going to take his hit, then there was a plan to go along with that expense. And, of course, Shen Yang had been right about that fact.

His katana had been lowered at the time because of the slash, leaving it open to the male's attack. The kick had hit the side of the sword's blade, forcing the hilt to slip out of the male's grasp. The weapon clattered on to the floor, the sound of the steel against the road was not Shen's priority as of yet though. Dodging the other kick was. The man, seemed to just jump to avoid the sweeping hit. He couldn't go down, the man had just lost his preferred weapon, that now was a few feet away but not an option in this battle.

Now Shen was on his own. Assuming that the male's attack was finished, and that he didn't yet get up straight yet right after the kick. The man would try to send a hard kick to the face while he was still underneath him. If not, then the male would just prepare to defend himself from whatever would happen next.

As the streak of blood on Onyx's chest fell, the smirk on his face grew wider he offically had the foolish one within his own terrain. Now that, that annoying katana was finally gone for now at least Onyx could fully focus on attacks. Watching the foolish one jump up slightly into the air while he was still crouching. He stared with that smirk still on his face watching as the foolish one's foot came towards his foot. He waited and waited until a moment before the hit connected still crouched that's when he carried out his next attack. Onyx jerked his upper torso including his head to the left, evading the kick barely, but he couldn't focus on his timing issues now he had to attack. After evading the kick he kept his crouched position moving the rest of his body to his current position he then sent a hard left knee at the center of his leg underneath him while he was still in midjump trying to cause damage to that leg. While at the same time he clenched his left fist and with momentum sent it straight towards the left eye of the foolish one putting enough force in both his knee and fist trying to either damage the leg or give him a black eye. Onyx once more carrying out his actions as quick as he could knew that it was possible neither of those strikes could be successful, however it did not matter. This fight was going on for a while now of authorities figures would show up soon and the foolish one would learn a lesson either way.

His kick had missed, only barely. Shen seemed to grunt in dissatisfaction as it did, the man knew he was disadvantaged without his katana and the fact that it was lying so close yet so far only annoyed him more. Against this brawler type fighter, the black haired male could confirm that there would be many injuries in the next few seconds but Shen wasn't the type to surrender now, surrendering was never an option to begin with, in any situation.

The kick that came at him, he attempted to dodge the kick by pushing himself lower towards the ground. The kick had missed his kneecap but had hit the side of his thigh, thankfully not hitting anything practical. The male grunted as his feet touched the ground. It hurt, God yes it did but he couldn't acknowledge it, not yet at least. He could already feel the skin bruising over in shades of black and blue as his mind cursed the living daylights out of the opponent. No time to gripe about it though. The punch came next, almost a split second afterwards, it aimed towards his face. Nope, not the face. The man's opposite arm of what the boy was punching with would come up and attempt to parry it and move the advancing fist to the side of him. With this block the tall man would try to launch another kick at the boy in a roundhouse kick. This wouldn't last long now, he could already hear the crowd's skirmish.

Reports of a disturbance were all over the city. It could be anything from a gang war, to a zoo outbreak. Either way, it had to be dealt with. 4 of the finest earthbending police were sent to take on the task of silencing the riot any way possible. they just hoped that it didn't eventually end in more violence.

The soldiers of the city moved swiftly from all four directions. They were quick when it came to responding to a call. They had gotten more information that the disturbance was 2 men who decided to have a brawl in the middle of the city. This would simply not due. They would have to subdue them in any way possible.

The police men finally entered the scene. They could quickly pick out who the offenders were in the crime. Both of the contenders were bloody and tattered with marks of their fight. The four police officers pushed the bystanders aside as they went to work on the two perpetrators. The four of them formed a box around the duo.

"You have disrupted the flow of the city, endangered the lives of the people, Destruction of public property, and we are going to have to take you both in. Submit now." One of the officers said to the criminals.

Onyx feet were touching the ground as the round house kick bringing up his left arm as his feet touched he felt the hard impact of the roundhouse kick he was able to take it, but he gritted his teeth that pain hurt him quite a little bit more then he had expected. When Onyx was getting ready to bring his foot up for another kick all of the sudden he felt the ground shake even more it seemed as though more forces were finally showing up. Turning around Onyx saw that out of no where him and the foolish one were surrounded....damn. Onyx once more brushed himself off ignoring the pain that his left arm currently felt as he took two steps towards them.

"So I guess if I say no, you're going to cheat and use bending skills......alright fine Mr. Big bad guards the Fire nation spy shall now turn himself in." Onyx exaggerated greatly and sarcastically earning him a couple laughs from the audience still surrounding him as he put both arms behind his head a cocky smile plastered on his face.

Meanwhile, within the confines of his mind, the voices were having a breakdown. He submitted to their will this was unthinkable, unheard of, simply never could be, or should be done. They needed to get this boys head back into being a maniacal mass killer and fast, their only problem was the one year of civilized life was conflicting with getting back into order. They needed him asleep if they wished for him to alternate his mind. Unfortunately, even the voices didn't know the mind was currently morphing itself something far worse then what Onyx was before. However it would stay hidden deep within the vessels of his mind, to only shed light on itself when the time was right.

His attack had hit the spy's arm and the man could see the spy grit his teeth in pain. There was no time to continue this fight though, the ground shook underneath Shen's feet as he prepared to brace for a counter attack. The man's eyes widened as he realized that finally the authorities were here, he was slightly disappointed though. Shen had been hoping to win this match before they go here but now it was too late. The police had boxed the two fighters in, allowing no escape (Not that Shen would take one). The man's eyes looked back at the one behind him and then to the others, none of them were his brother though he was not sure that this was a good thing or bad.

At their sound of their commanding voices, Shen, after a little hesitation, put his hands down, signalling the halting of his fighting. The one to the left of him he looked at, and then looked across the floor towards his sword. "That katana over there is mine, you might want to take that one with you instead of letting some street rat's hands get all over it." He suggested to the guard. The non-bender watched the spy's arrogant actions, did he really think he could get away, it would be better if he just kept his mouth closed. Would they have to fight? Shen didn't have to say anything, he knew he was right, there was only a smile on his face.

The earthbenders stood at a standstill with the two criminals. Sure they were disturbing the peace and destroying property, but spying as well? This didn't add up. If he wanted to spy on the Earth Kingdom, he would have been more incognito if he wasn't planning on getting caught.

One of the guards starting laughing nonstop at the sarcastic remarks of the man. Tears started filling his eyes as he continued enjoying himself. One of his fellow policemen willed a small pebble into the air and launched it at He was met with a small rock to the head to snap him back to reality. He quickly wiped the tears from his eyes and got back into his fighter stance.


One of the perpetrators mentioned that they wanted their sword. The lead earthbender stomped his foot on the ground, causing a rupture underneath the blade. The blade went flying into the hands of the soldiers. He firmly grabbed it by the hilt and placed it in his belt.

The police all took another step in towards the perpetrators. Two of the police held out revealing their metal cable launchers. They didn't take the action that would make them come out and ensnare the enemies. "You both. Come with us quietly, or we will use force." the lead cop said.

Onyx still was looking around him watching as one of the guards began to crack up laughing so much that it seemed as though he was about to fall down laughing, however a quick pebble to the head by one of his subordinates shut him up an now he and the foolish one were being surrounded. For a moment in his mind onyx was getting ready to attack the one who was just laughing, however he wasn't up to the onyx who killed his father. The onyx he currently was, was quite weak compared to his past self and he needed to get himself back up to par. Onyx knew it wad finally time for him to make the foolish one regret his actions.

Onyx then in a dramatic fashion slowly reached into his pocket and quickly he brought it out and rose it above his head. After this he took two steps forward then placed the papers infront of guard that was most close to him. It was his license and his registration that he was a certified citizen and bender in training within Ba Sing Se. He then simply sat there looking at all of them with a look.

"Sorry to tell you all this, however my calling of myself a spy was to simply taunt this one. You see while walking home I had an altercation with another citizen after I was finally able to get up, the foolish one over there decided to attempt to trip me then said due to my crimson jacket I was and quote 'A filthy firenation spy' end quote." Onyx spoke and soon there were people who had been there since the beginning agreeing with him finding logic in his words. "Hell I even tried just walking away, however he pursued attempted to pursue me rather then leaving a crowd endangered I simply decided to humor him." Once more his voice was laced with slight sarcasm, but there was seriousness in it. He now had the foolish one trapped.

The man had shot a glare at the laughing guard, though he was quickly silenced by a flung pebble from the leader that took his sword. They were just letting any earth bender waltz in there to take a job these days, were they not? In fact, Shen realized, not even the lowest ranks of the Earth Kingdom police had non-benders. Rolling his eyes a little at the guard finally shutting up, ears finally listening to the white haired man. He took out papers, no, they had to be forged documents. He would not accept this any other way, there was no way this man could be an earth kingdom civilian. The boy explained his view of his situation, deep inside the man's mind, where his ego did not dwell, this would make sense and that he was impulsive but everywhere else denied these facts.

Swallowing before speaking, the non-bender looked towards all of the guards, making sure again that his brother was not in the audience. "He was pursuing another male when I found him, acting rather suspicious. With that hair colour it is safe to say that no Earth Nation civilian has that odd pale hue." He spoke, slowly and not admitting any information. Shen was convinced he was right, but under the police's presence would not outwardly admit to what he had done.

Onyx turned around looking at the man as if he was offended, because of his white hair was one of the main essential reasons as to why he gave to chase to this him as if he was some kind of villain.. Which technically he was, however still the simple fact of the matter is he didn't have to go and put it out there like that. Onyx completely ignored the guards, however his defense was kept on at an all time high able to hide it with ease. Snorting loud enough to get the other mans attention he stomped his foot on the ground causing a huge rock to fly up. Onyx caught then threw it back into ground. Wiping his foot over the spot it was as if he had never taken the piece of earth out.

"Well excuse me for trying to find the man who dropped me for bumping into him. Listen kid, its not my fault you just lost when you had you're pretty little sword there. It's not my fault like a TRUE citizen of this land I only fight when I had to make sure that you don't harm anyone else here. It's not my fault for you're personal problems kid, and my pale hair is actually genetics, face it you're wrong, you got you're ass kicked for nothing and I'm pretty sure you're mother father husband what have you would be so proud right now kid."

Onyx finished speaking the sarcasm and cockniness was laced in his tone and words. A whistle was heard in the audience as one of the guards went to pick up his papers verifying that indeed they were legit. After that all that occured there was silence for a moment then the guard looked up a simple nod from the guard had then verified everything onyx said earlier was true that he actually was indeed a citizen and bender. The smile spread across his face when this happened as he looked towards the foolish one this moment been the one he had been awaiting since the start.

The guard behind the black haired man, the leader of the group, nodded back to his comrade as he prepared his metal wire to restrain the other man. "We need both of you to come into the station with us." He only needed to restrain the non-bender though, the other one would be fine as long as he stopped talking, last thing the officer wanted was another fight breaking out.

Shen's teeth were firmly gritted to each other, thinking of how good it would feel to take a few punches to the pale haired kid's face, especially that smirk he wore on his face. And yet, the man still thought he was completely correct. This man, spy or not, was still in the wrong, he was hiding something, there was in no way that this situation was anything else. There was no question about it in his head, he was in the right of the situation, he would have to stop this filth on another day though.

Shen made no response to what the male said to him, instead realizing the guard behind him had aimed one of his metal bending tools at his back. As the first officer fire the metal chain at the other male, Shen wasted no time turning around while pulling at the sheath on his back. The metal chain was deflected by it and aimed back at the police officer, who took the edge of the tip to the cheek, leaving a rather large cut alongside his face. Still in shock, Shen took this advantage and ran towards the harmed guard, taking his katana back as he past him and not stopping as he slid it back into the sheath and put it back onto his back.

As he took the sword from the guard the others began chasing him, obviously forgetting about the pale haired kid and focusing on the one that wanted to get away, even the injured one followed in pursuit. Leaping to a low set roof, Shen continued to leap on to a higher roof, the other officers following close behind, one going the other way to get backup.

Onyx watched as the scene before him took stage with a bored expression, his cocky smirk left his face the moment he realized the possiblity of this man having a husband increased even more since it seemed he didn't like to insult males. He felt himself be restrained just for a moment, however watching the foolish one attempt to attack one of the guards and succeeded still the bored expression on his face remained. While finally all of the people near at the sight of much more blood loss due to the guard being cut began to disperse like sheep. After a couple of moments, Onyx sat in that square with his bored expression completely alone. He then blinked twice and looked around .

"I spaced out what happened?" Onyx said outloud to himself as he looked around everyone around him was gone. Not knowing what to do and still there was the fact that his mind needed to complete his new mentality and this could only be done while asleep he decided to walk the other way where the commotion was not coming from. Heading back to his civilian home that he had so he may pack up and leave Ba Sing Se and finally start his journey. Technically he would be somewhat wanted however he'd cross that bridge if it ever came. He would have to one day thank the foolish one that guy truly was the perfect sheep.
